Hello Everyone.
I've not been seen on Newgrounds in a few weeks so I guess i'll clue some of you in on what's going on.
Prostitute Mickey 3 is on hold right now, as are more episodes of Renegade Awesome, but they will eventually get made. The real exciting news is why they are both on hold.
I have just signed a contract with a website called escapistmagazine.com to produce a 48 episode web series of an entirely original show. I'm finally getting paid to do this shit. Yaaaaay!!! I can't reveal anything about the show right now but we came up with some really funny characters that live in this world that can only be described as "disgusting".
We are hoping to premiere the show at the end of this month or the beginning of next. The episodes will be about 3-5 minutes long each, and we will have a new episode every week for the entire 48 episode run.

What's nice about when something like this happens it gives me hope for all us struggling animators. i think as time goes on, more and more websites are going to realize the value of originally produced content, be it live action or animated, to help drive people to their website and keep people coming back.
I think most of us can agree the youtube formula can't cut it. Youtube is like digging through a large pile of shit full of small gold nuggets. When you find the nuggets it's great but wouldn't it be nice if the nuggets we're already on the homepage when you go to a website.
Newgrounds is great because there is far less shit. There is still shit mind you, but I find the nuggets are easier to find because of a semi-fair rating system that weeds out most of the crap. How mine keeps getting through I have no idea. Plus you get paid a little bit with the API system and all which to me is GROUNDBREAKING. Kudos Tom. :)
But regardless, when the show premiers I'll post a link and i hope you all will enjoy it and become fans. if not, that's cool too. I realize all people are different and not all of us like the same thing. Though it would be much easier on us animators if you did. :p
I will eventually do the third Prostitute Mickey. We have it recorded and it's too funny not to animate.
My roots will still lie on Newgrounds and I'll try to post an episode or two once we get several episodes in if they will let me. Right now though... I got a lot of drawing to do.
